Job Description:
Are you passionate about sales and helping customers find the perfect solutions for their needs? BC is seeking a motivated and personable Window Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
2. Conduct consultations and on-site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate window replacement solutions.
3. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations that showcase the benefits of Benton Contracting's products and services.
4. Collaborate with our experienced project management team to generate accurate quotes and proposals for clients.
5. Close sales and negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to better serve our clients.
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
3. Basic understanding of window products and installation processes, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
6. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software, for managing leads and tracking sales activity.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for conducting on-site visits and attending client meetings.
