Job Posting for Visiting Assistant Professor in Communication at Berea College
Berea College welcomes applications for a one-year visiting assistant professor position in the Communication Department during the 2024-2025 academic year. The teaching load is three courses per semester and will include COM 100 Introduction to Communication, COM 206 Interpersonal Communication, COM 303 Persuasion, COM/WGS 310 Communication and Gender, and other courses dependent on the candidate’s area of specialization. The ideal candidate will have the Ph.D. in communication (ABD considered), previous experience teaching undergraduates, and a clear commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education.
