Associate - Employment Law

BHGR lawyers provide practical training and advice to employers on compliance with employment laws. We have experience assisting our clients in a variety of areas. Our employment law attorneys represent employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Colorado Division of Civil Rights, the Colorado Department of Labor, the United States Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, the Denver Civil Service Commission, the Denver Career Service Authority, and many other municipal labor boards.

BHGR is seeking is seeking a highly qualified attorney with several years (5 ) of experience in employment law, including counseling and litigation support. Candidates should possess a broad range of experience in employment law, including, but not limited to, employment policy and contract drafting, researching, and answering questions on day-to-day employment issues, lawsuit discovery, and motions and brief drafting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a broad range of experience in employment law, including, but not limited to, employment policy and contract drafting, researching, and answering questions on day-to-day employment issues, lawsuit discovery, and motions and brief drafting.
• Candidates should have significant litigation experience.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted in Colorado or be eligible.

Position Salary Range

Base range is $160,000 - 190,000, but could vary based on experience and other factors.
