JOB SUMMARY

The Business Advisor will be responsible for solving complex client problems with expertise that compliments others in the firm and helps strengthen the dynamic organizational culture of BerganKDV. Success will be defined by total client value and client retention.

JOB DUTIES

·        Build client relationships

·        Work closely with CEO’s and client owners to solve complex issues and drive results

·        Consultant on strategic topics important to the client

·        Identify and implement innovative ideas

·        Ensure projects are being completed in the most effective operational way to serve clients and create revenue

·        Bill for work performed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

·        A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA/Master’s degree preferred

·        CPA, CFP designations helpful

·        10 years of client management experience with a record of high achievement a plus

·        Significant personal brand in your area of practice
