Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator will manage the project lifecycle of all internal human capital management (HCM) department projects. This person will ensure the appropriate resources and personnel are included on projects and that tasks are being completed in line with the project timeline.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel 
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Create detailed system functional design change requests and documentation
  • Manage any cross-platform projects and identify steps that affect other systems
  • Create project plan for all year-end processes
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail, as well as reliability and ability to carry out daily functions in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of payroll processes a plus
  • Technical aptitude
  • BA/BS Degree in business administration, communication, or other related fields preferred
