Computer Technician

Duties:

• Travel to both residential and business client locations to address and resolve IT issues directly at their offices or homes, ensuring customer satisfaction and system functionality.
• Provide expert on-site technical support, troubleshooting problems related to networking, servers, and computers, employing a solutions-oriented approach to each unique situation.
• Assist with remote support tasks from our office when not on field assignments, helping clients overcome technical challenges via phone or online platforms.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all technical issues and resolutions to ensure consistent service quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Utilize the company-provided vehicle for all work-related travel, managing time and routes efficiently to maximize productivity.

Requirements:

- Windows 10/11 Experience

- Networking knowledge. (Setting up routers)

- Office 365 Email Experience (Outlook Email)

- Basic Windows Server knowledge
