Property Management Analyst Intern

Location: Wayne, PA

Type: Full Time, In office. (Flexible on hours per week, maximum is 40.) Summer time only.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Property Management Analyst Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing in property-related data to identify trends and insights.
• Contribute to the development of analytical models to evaluate property performance compared to budget and historical figures.
• ⁠Contribute to the preparation of performance reports for property owners and stakeholders.
• ⁠Assist in preparing reports on property financial performance.
• ⁠Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for improvement of our portfolio.
• ⁠Collaborate with the team to assess the impact of market dynamics on property management strategies.
• ⁠Work closely with cross-function teams, including property managers, leasing teams, and finance professionals.
• ⁠Collaborate on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall property performance.
• Other duties as assigned

About You

You might be a great fit for this leasing consultant role if you have:

• Current enrollment or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Real Estate,  Business Analytics, & Property Management).
• ⁠Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• ⁠Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
