Location: Bergeys KIA VW MAZDA, Wilkes Barre, PA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meets all goals and objectives including but not limited to response rate, total number of internet leads received, appointments set and personal sales goals
- Checks email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
- Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising
- Researches auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote the dealership
- Understands the psychology of Internet customer and has the ability to use in appropriate methods to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email or text message
- Has knowledge of dealership products and services and can covey this information effectively to customers
- Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
- Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the manufacturer
- Strong customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Maintains a professional appearance for self in accordance with company policy
- Attends pertinent training on request
- Attends company meetings as required.
- Updating client information in databases and performing customer-related follow-ups.
- Help direct customer traffic for online sales and marketing.
- Respond to Internet-generated sales leads, qualify customers, and set appointments
- Follow-ups via e-mail or telephone.
- Document sales calls to update customer information on databases, compile statistics, and work closely with the sales staff to increase sales.
- Ensure a smooth ordering process by monitoring order traffic, tracking orders, and following up with consumers to assess customer satisfaction.
