Job Summary:
As an Automotive Title Clerk, you will be responsible for managing vehicle titles and documentation for Berglund Automotive's dealerships. This involves handling paperwork related to vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and re-assign titles for vehicles sold by the auction.
- Examine vehicle title for accuracy to specified requirements.
- Verify acceptance of the title in the state for which it is filed.
- Confirm accurate title VIN number, odometer reading, releases of liens, and etc.
- Process all title work as deals become eligible for processing.
- Resolve titling issues through interaction with the dealership team and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain knowledge of current DMV laws and regulations as they relate to vehicle titles and interpret titling regulations in each state for which vehicles are processed.
- Run outstanding title reports, review and contact sellers regarding outstanding titles.
- Balance and post day to day balancing activities.
- Maintain and upkeep schedules.
- Perform title and tag audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office management.
Qualifications:
- Team player.
- DMV experience is preferred.
- Dealership experience a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
