Service Consultant - Full Time Bergstrom Chevrolet of Middleton DRIVE YOUR CAREER FORWARD AT BERGSTROM AUTOMOTIVE AND APPLY TODAY. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as the liaison between the guest and our Service Technicians with updates, reporting findings, and providing additional service or part recommendations
• Partner with Parts Department and Service Technicians to create an estimate for any current or additional service or part recommendations and communicate that information to the guest in a non-technical manner
• Provide timely and prompt status updates to the guest via their preferred method of contact - phone call, text, or update in the portal
• Ensure vehicle is washed and ready for guest pick up prior to quoted timeframe
• Assist guest with the check out of their vehicle by explaining the services completed that day, reviewing any recommended or future service or part needs, collecting payment, and ensuring service was completed to guest satisfaction Schedule : Monday-Friday shifts 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm;

Saturday shifts of 8 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm as needed in exchange for a weekday off. Pay : Estimated earning potential exceeding $60,000 / year! Our Service Consultants earn a base salary of $36,000 plus a monthly performance bonus. WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer preferred
