Loan and Title Specialist Bergstrom Volkswagen of Green Bay DRIVE YOUR CAREER FORWARD AT BERGSTROM AUTOMOTIVE AND APPLY TODAY. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver outstanding guest service through timely and accurate processing of paperwork in vehicle purchases and leases
• Support and coach the sales team through the paperwork and title process
• Work directly with banks and lenders in processing vehicle purchases
• Process vehicle cost and down payment checks
• Handles the legal transfer of documents for the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) Schedule : Monday-Saturday either 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm or 10 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm.

Sunday and one weekday off. Salary pay of $39,000-47,000 / year based on relevant experience. WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• Experience working in a dealership loan and title position is preferred
• Upbeat and positive personality

• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to help out in various areas of the dealership
• Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
• Experience working in Google Drive is preferred
• Experience working within document management systems is preferred
