We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:
- Review payoff quotes in a timely and accurate manner. This includes interpreting legal documents to determine if prepayment periods and yield maintenance calculations are mathematically accurate and follow the methodology detailed in the related loan document(s).
- Support Client Relations Managers by answering specific questions and properly documenting the Servicing System with concise, explanatory update (status) reports on a loan-level basis.
- Assist the Supervisor in overseeing the proper preparation of quotes and conducting one-on-one training of less experienced staff.
- Monitor work performed by employees in our India operations.
- Preparation of monthly loan maturity letters.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Knowledgeable in interpreting legal documentation relating to Security Agreements, Promissory Notes, Deed of Trusts, and Mortgages.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to manage expectations, informing stakeholders of potential delays due to conflicting priorities.
- Can-do, proactive attitude that can mean making suggestions and giving options rather than waiting for answers.
- Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with customers and internally with all levels of an organization.
