ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The Manager of Print and Mail Center be responsible for planning and managing the company's Printing and Outgoing Mail Departments. They will ensure these departments are well positioned in a rapidly evolving and competitive environment by being an agent for ongoing departmental change. The position ensures that strategies are clearly understood by all departments and that the organization is achieving its strategic goals at the optimum pace.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year College or equivalent knowledge of commercial, technical and/or industry practice and principles; and
- 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good to Have:
- Experience with production print and mail hardware such as high-volume Xerox and Risoh printers, BlueCrest and Quadient inserters, and supporting hardware such as folding machines, cutters, joggers, etc.
- Experience with address concepts such as presorting, national change of address, and other address sanitization techniques through software such as BCC or Satori Architect or similar
- Experience working with USPS, FedEx, UPS and others to manage postal needs for all incoming and outgoing mail.
