Responsibilities
Liaison between our insureds and Berkley Risk. Provide and/or coordinate the day-to-day service responsibilities. Support for new and the retention and renewal of existing business.
Primary insured point of contact.
Responsible for proactive account service including new customer onboarding and orientation, system training and online access, handling general day to day insured questions.
Assist in the development and testing of the CRM; develop processes for its use and maintain.
Setup and track Triage Now vendor access for insureds.
Complete pre-underwriting work including account setup in GWPC and CRM.
Develop proactive customer communication plans to introduce and reinforce claims best practices and promote online tools and resources.
Maintain and adapt marketing and customer service support materials.
Develop and deliver training for internal staff to ensure service standards are met.
Facilitate claim inquiries and support insureds as needed.
Monitor account performance to ensure proper adherence to company service standards, policies and procedures.
Assist in renewal retention strategies and development to increase insured retention.
Assist in sales efforts through implementation of marketing strategies and development.
May perform other functions as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent); plus at least three years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Minimum of three years customer service experience
Professional oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in work product
Ability to assume responsibility and accountability.
Ability to successfully manage time-sensitive projects.
Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with all contacts.
Strong PC skills and a working knowledge of Windows environment.
Excellent problem- solving skills.
Strong organizational skills
