This role would ideally be located in one of our four offices which offer a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 work from home) and would be open to a 100% remote colleague as well. #LI-Remote
Responsibilities:
As our Premium Audit Manager, you'll lead the field premium audit operations for one of our HUBs to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of premium audits to the HUB Admin unit for review and processing. We'll rely on you to oversee the production, quality, and workflow of the Field Premium Auditors, primarily conducting Field Premium Auditor work. You'll also manage vendor work assignments for Field Premium Auditor type audits and handle premium audit disputes for Field Audit staff. This role will have lots of visibility - you'll work with Underwriters, Agents, and Insureds to resolve disputes as well as be a resource to answer premium audit related questions, before and after policy issuance. We'll trust your expertise to help design and develop an integrated field operations unit to enable Regional and non-Regional OU participation.

We'll count on you to:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely submissions of Field Premium Auditors reports to the HUB for processing and Final Audit Statement issuance.
- Ensure that regional company’s guidelines, industry guidelines, laws, regulatory requirements for all related jurisdictions are appropriately applied to all Field Premium Audits.
- Contribute to the HUB’s success by developing field auditor’s goals and competencies as well as designing metrics, measuring results, rewarding achievements and taking corrective action, as necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
- 2 years of management/supervisory experience
- 5 years of direct field experience within the premium audit function (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Valid Driver's License.
- CIPA, APA, and/or CPCU designations are preferred.
- Remain current on changes by completing courses, attending seminars and participating in professional associations.
