Under the direction of the Director of Experience, the Content Coordinator promotes awareness about Berks Homes by creating content for an online brand presence.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Documents the products, processes, and people of Berks Homes to create content to support the Brand Specialist
  • Tailors content for specific audiences, social media channels, and trending topics
  • Collaborates with Brand Specialist and creative team for consistent messaging and style
  • Attends events as needed to capture content for social media
  • Uses Adobe Creative Suite for graphic and video creation
  • Collaborates with and support the marketing department with any internal communications
  • Monitors digital engagement metrics
  • Other duties as assigned
