marketing manager
Seeking a motivated and qualified individual to manage marketing and communications for our robust non-profit community center. This full-time position is responsible for driving integrated marketing campaigns that support Berkshire South’s objectives for sustained growth and positive impact. This person will develop, implement, and measure all aspects of marketing strategy that reach all target areas of our constituency – consumers, donors, and community members. They will utilize digital, social, public relations, advertising, sales enablement, customer tools, and brand management to form cohesive marketing communications campaigns. Key objectives will be to ensure our marketing and communications programs are well aligned, are as effective and efficient as possible, and are having maximum impact.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, with demonstrated success in the marketing and communications field.
