TEAMLEADER DATA ANALYST

Job description,duties and responsibilities:  

• Cooperation with partners and members of team with focus on optimization processes
• Partner across departments and lead team to report on performance, create applicable insights, and design analytical approach for new challenges 
• Democratize data access and develop visualizations that empower business users to better understand and act on data and key metrics 
• Make code and documentation contributions and lead the technical growth of the team 
• Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to build infrastructure that supports analytical precision and to develop models and tools that improve business impact 
• Lead, coach, and provide regular feedback to your team  
• Be an internal subject expert on industry best practices and latest technology and trends such as analytical tools and customer support measurement 
• Lead a team of analysts through their daily responsibilities and ensure their career growth

Other knowledge: 

•  3 years experience 
• Power BI or Tableau/Qlick 
• Mastery of SQL and experience working with databases (dimensional and relational) 
• Experience with performance optimization 
• Ability to apply statistical methods and models to business problems 
• Performing statistical tests on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity. 
• JIRA or other ticket/task system in advance 
• Python knowledge a plus 
• Experience with data visualization best practices
