Job Description
Berman Auto Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (1 hour lunch.)
Would need to work a Saturday 2-3x a year for end of month finalizations (OT)
Pay: $18-$20/HR; Based on Experience and Willing to Train
Location: STAR Nissan (5757 W Touhy Ave Niles, IL)
Remote: No
Experience Level: Entry-Mid Level

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- High focus on data entry and configuration around warranty administration
- Ability to handle confidential matters in a timely manner
- Assist in reporting, coordination of data, and information distribution
- Manage and maintain effective administrative procedures and efficient work flow
- Manage basic administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience, preferred
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, required
- Strong multi-tasking skills, required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, required
- Must be comfortable working independently or in a team environment
