JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business System Management

• Oversees the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization’s business systems, including, but not limited to, ERP, WMS, TMS, and CMMS.
• Ensure the systems remain relevant and aligns with our evolving business goals, objectives, and processes.
• Oversees system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Defines and coordinates the execution of testing procedures and develops test plans to serve the overall quality of new systems and system upgrades
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements
• Continuously monitors system performance, implements improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency, and resolves issues in a timely manner.
• Ensures the integrity and security of the data within the system by implementing and enforcing data governance and protection policies.
• Manages relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Stays up to date with latest industry trends, developments, and best practices in business systems and related technologies.

2. Data Analytics Framework

• Facilitates collaboration with stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and lead industry trends.
• Partners with stakeholders to document their process, data requirements and outcomes to come up with robust solutions that meet their objectives and outcomes.
• Creates detailed documentation, including business process flows, diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Designs working solutions supporting strategic goals and objectives through precisely documented stories and requirements.
• Develops a comprehensive data analytics framework to extract valuable insights from the business systems.
• Designs, analyzes, and implements data models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborates with business leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data visualization solutions.

3. End-User Support

• Trains and mentors' team on standard process, new solutions and best practices across the system.
• Provides training and support to end-users, trouble shoots and resolves user-reported issues.
• Creates comprehensive user documents and training materials to ensure maximum user efficiency.
• Provides appropriate change management support and guidance to end-users.

Experience

• 5 years of experience managing an ERP system including implementation, upgrades, and administration. Expertise in cloud-based ERP systems in a manufacturing environment highly desirable. Experience in Microsoft Business Central preferred.

Education

• Bachelors or better in Information Technology or related field
