Customer Care Specialist facilitates transmission of order acknowledgements to dealers through timely and accurate order entry of new purchase orders and is responsible for the entire order entry process from quotes to edits. Maintains ExportPO and ExportClaim inboxes. Works with internal quality teams and dealers to recommend solution for all product quality problems. This position reports to the Export Operations Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities – Customer Care Specialist
- Manage exportpo, exportclaim, and personal email.
- Enter Purchase Orders accurately and timely.
- Address edits, split orders, or other solution to improve ship weeks when possible.
- Provide quotes to dealers, other product information.
- Manage COM tracking to ensure orders are scheduled in a timely manner.
- Coordinate courier shipments of fabric and pillows with assistance from Operation Specialists.
- Send marketing updates and other company information to dealers monthly using Group Email lists, as instructed by Sales Director.
- Send price lists and drop notices electronically when updated.
- Work with internal quality teams to solve customer issues, respond and recommend solutions to customer quality problems, maintain Quality Assurance database, order casegoods and uph parts to fulfil customer needs.
- Maintain Open Order spreadsheets with pertinent information like credit release, cubes, order changes, ship weeks, also capture ready and remove shipped items.
- Update customers weekly on open orders.
- Coordinate sales materials requests and determine how to ship materials.
