Payroll Specialist
Start Date: As soon as possible
Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Associate Degree preferred
- School Payroll experience preferred
Performance Responsibilities:
- Process the LEA payroll using True Time and Skyward systems
- Process the retirement payments online
- Manage the Time off system for the District/s
- Keep logs of insurance and flex expenses
- Balance the payroll
- Process the online tax payments for the payroll
- Scan and file documents for storage
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Reports to: Supervisor of Shared Services
Terms of Employment: Twelve month position, seven and one-half hour day. Wages and fringe benefits as established by the Board of Education
