PURPOSE :
This role will assist with various administrative tasks for both the CRO and MRO Departments and will be responsible for retrieving parts, processing incoming parts into their correct storage location, delivering parts to designated aircraft work stations or personnel, managing tool check in and check out, assisting mechanics with any part discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will be professional, detail oriented, motivated, and a team player.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administrative
- Operate common office equipment such as computers, scanners, printers, etc.
- Greet visitors, handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Prepare shipments, retrieve / distribute mail and schedule deliveries;
- Oversee breakroom and office supplies with a master list of office supplies, maintaining a supply spreadsheet, performing weekly supply checks and placing orders on scheduled dates.
- Coordinate various office support services, including facilities management.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Analyze and interpret data and reports for deficiencies or errors.
- Accurately and efficiently transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
- Manage, track, and process documents, ensuring their accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Provides research and retrieval of existing data, as needed.
- Provide support in updates of SOPs for the CRO and MRO Departments.
- Provide administrative support across inter-departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Inventory
- Picking, labeling, and delivering all parts per the pick ticket and company policy.
- Recognize and prioritize any critical tasks that would affect company productivity.
- Process incoming parts into their correct bin locations.
- Assign bin locations to new parts, this may involve having move or reorganize parts to create more room or a logical organization.
- Maintain stock on non-inventory supplies to ensure no workflow interruptions.
- Monitoring / assisting any employees that come to the stockroom counter.
- Use the tool management system to check out calibrated and un-calibrated tooling to mechanics.
- Inspect all tools and equipment upon return for any damage or missing items.
- Ensure that the stockroom maintains a high level of organization and cleanliness.
- Constantly audit and inspect the stockroom confirming compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.
- Perform and assist in inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with local stock room duties, which may include but is not limited to, shipping parts and receiving parts.
