You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to :
- Perform maintenance and related tasks in grounds and general buildings.
- Responsible for troubleshooting jobs, doing the repairs or relating tasks as assigned by your manager.
- Follow up to other departments on the status of the repairs and completing the necessary paperwork.
You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things :
- Landscaping and general property upkeep
- Snow removal / shoveling
- General maintenance needs as assigned
- Preventative maintenance for HVAC, pool components
- Plumbing needs as assigned
- Painting needs as assigned
- General labor - cleaning pools and related areas, building supplies, etc.
- Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary
- Basic carpentry and other building related skills.
