- 12 hour shifts
- $1000.00 Sign on Bonus
- Capable of safely performing machine start-up, shut-down, color changes, and any necessary processing changes to ensure that the machines are running at the proper efficiency and that the product is in conformance.
- Capable of safely performing daily mold and machine PM’s per procedures.
- Safely monitor and repair all auxiliary equipment and notify maintenance department of any issues with any machines or equipment.
- Verify that the machine cycle, cavitation, and set-up parameters are correct.
- Record performance of machines and any adjustments made.
- Work with the QA department to prevent any nonconforming product.
- Safely maintain machine cleanliness, and perform mold, machine, and equipment repairs as needed.
- Safely perform tip burns, sift changes, logo changes, mold changes and machine repairs.
- Perform any housekeeping duties as assigned by the Supervisor, or acting Supervisor.
- Assist Supervisor, or acting Supervisor as needed.
- Assist in the training of other personnel as needed.
- Properly label scrap gaylords and ensure content integrity.
- Follow all Safety, Food Safety and GMP practices.
- Minimum requirements of three years of experience.
