We are looking for a highly energized, self-motivated individual with in-depth industry knowledge, experience, and skills to effectively represent Berry Home Centers, Inc. to our internal and external customers in a professional manner. Qualifying candidates must exhibit the ability to understand our commitment to customer satisfaction and workflow requirements and demonstrate the ability to stay on task while focusing on being part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, provide window sales and customer service for sales force, contractors, and DIY homeowners.
• Initiate contact and schedule appointments with all customers.
• Conduct site visits on jobsites to initiate window and doors sales as well as provide technical support to contractors.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products.
• Enter quotes into the Company computer system.
• Administer all warranty claims and service calls.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree, 3 years industry construction experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic blueprint reading knowledge.
• Working knowledge of windows and doors.
