Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in emergency care.Qualifications and Skills:1. Active RN license in the state of practice.2. BLS and ACLS certification.3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.4. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.5. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and equipment.8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.9. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.10.
