Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

Bespoke By Design is seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Social Media Specialist to join our team.

Bespoke By Design is a boutique social media agency dedicated to crafting tailor-made solutions that elevate brands and their organic content. Our passion lies in creating authentic and engaging content that resonate with audiences across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform strategy and tactics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (either through internships, freelance work, or personal projects) in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus.
