Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support to the firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance. This role involves working closely with design and management teams to ensure all legal aspects of projects are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Handle intellectual property matters.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with experience in the design, real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and intellectual property rights.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
