What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Administrator position at Bessler Auto Parts?

At our top-notch facilities we process thousands of used parts every month, saving those parts from landfills while saving our customers from big retailer prices. Job Summary:
· Assist with recruiting by posting jobs on job boards, updating job descriptions, and learning the Recruiting Module through HRIS (Paycor)
· Creating and completing employee personnel files
· Managing Employee Navigator
· OSHA 300a Logs administration
· Employment verifications
· Timecard assistance (editing, correcting, PTO, etc.)
· Unemployment claims
· Child support orders/garnishments
· Communicating with external partners on the benefits side
· TransAmerica payroll contributions
· Assist with company events and coordination
