What are the responsibilities and job description for the TCL Lead Specialist position at Best Buy?
As a Best Buy TCL Advisor, you'll be the brand expert for TCL products across a designated area of Best Buy stores. You'll visit retail locations with a focus on training employees and verifying the accuracy of merchandising elements. In addition to helping other employees learn about the brand, you'll also work directly with customers to build solutions and create excellent shopping experiences.

- Visit all stores in your assigned area on a regular basis
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Coordinate with local leadership to increase brand engagement
- Travel overnight up to twice a month
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Ability to attend off-site multi-day training twice a year
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail experience
- Consumer electronics industry experience
- Access to vehicle to travel to all store locations in your designated area
- Prior sales experience
- Presentation skills and group training experience
