Best Choice Roofing in one of the largest roofing companies in the nation, with over 40 locations throughout the US. We are seeking a reliable and dependable Office Administrator for our busy branch. The Office Administrator is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks for the entire branch, and making sure that all jobs and communications are flowing seamlessly. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and with a team. They must be professional, courteous, dependable, and reliable. They are the glue that holds the communication bridge from corporate to the branch and vise versa, so the ideal candidate must be stable and reliable. The ideal candidate will have the ability to function in a face-paced and sometimes stressful environment, with deadline requirements. This position requires a positive attitude and self-motivation.

Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Scheduling, payroll, and commissions
Manage arrangements for collection of paperwork and/or money from homeowners
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Manage and tracking accounts receivable for the branch
Create and update records, spreadsheets, and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Relay updates and/or important information from corporate to the branch manager(s) and vise versa
