As an L&D Intern, you will support the Learning & Development team and have an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the L&D field, learn from industry professionals, and develop your skills. This role will report to the Human Capital - People and Talent Strategy Department

• Assist with the administrative tasks associated with training programs, such as reporting and tracking, creating registration forms, and managing logistics for in-person or virtual sessions.
• Review metrics and use critical thinking to identify ways to promote learning initiatives and increase engagement in learning platforms.
• Research current trends and best practices in learning & development and identify new learning resources.
• A special project to identify and implement ways to gamify learning, e.g., highlight the top learner of the week.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (esp. Excel and PowerPoint);
• Basic data analysis,
• Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Written and verbal communication.
• Experience with learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning is a plus!
• Detail-oriented!
