Scheduling Coordinator

Best Homecare and Staffing is looking to add a new scheduler to our ever-growing team. You must be able to multitask, have positive attitude, great communication, and a team player. This individual must be able to pass a background check, computer knowledge, and able to handle stressful situations, Must have a CNA license. Please see job description below.

Care Coordinator Job Description……………………………………………………

· Work independently with little supervision

· Work effectively as a member of the team relaying messages via Hometrak and coordinating with the other coordinator & administrative assistant daily.

· Maintaining updates with other team members.

· Scheduling all clients & caregivers in a timely manner.

· Making Quality Assurance visits with clients to ensure they are happy with services.

· Maintaining the client’s binders making sure that all necessary paperwork is complete and in the binders.

· Report back to office manager about any issues that need to be addressed.

· Inform Karen or Alex of visits being made before leaving the office. Safety is essential we need to know who you will be going to see.

· Document all visits that are made to clients in file.

· File anything in the file room and any documentation that is done with clients. If you see that it needs to be done please go ahead and do it.

· Answer phones while in the office and document all calls made and received.

· Maintain on-call 2 weeks out of every month unless other arrangements are made.

· while on-call seeing to clients & caregiver’s needs even if it’s not an emergency and after hours.

· Returning all phone calls in a timely manner. We have a 5 minute turnaround time on all phone calls received.

· maintaining scheduling between clients and caregivers in the system.

· Effective communication with other office staff.

· Inform Karen or Alex when you are not able to make it into the office.

· Once in a while you will need to work at a function we will be holding.

· Anything else that is delegated to you.

Must have a current CNA license
