Service Technician

We are currently seeking mechanics of all skill levels to join our growing team at our Warminster, PA location. Whether you are fresh out of tech school or an experienced automotive or diesel mechanic, we have an opportunity for you. Our Road Technicians provide mobile service to Bucks and surrounding counties and are supplied with cell phones, laptops, vehicles, fuel, and other items necessary for successfully performing off location.

If you prefer a shop environment, we have positions available ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair. Ongoing training is provided for all technicians through our mentorship program as well as OEM online and factory training.

Job Overview:

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment.
• Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
• Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
• Best Line has on-line and factory training benefits as well.

Requirements:

• Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
• Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.
• Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

Estimated annual compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience)
