Front Desk Agent (6-hour and 8-hour shifts available)
Every front desk agent, regardless of whether working a morning, afternoon or evening, requires an ability to provide superior guest service, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure experience
Encouraging day to day up-selling of guest accommodations
Verifying all in-house guests and their status of arrival, departure, and payment
Handling guest compliments, comments, observations and challenges in a timely manner and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction
Communicating guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints to relevant departments and ensuring prompt and proper follow up
Resolving any guest issues as quickly as possible
Taking and cancelling guest reservations accurately
Processing guest sales and room charges and payments accurately
Working with Front of House and Back of House colleagues achieving continuous, seamless service
Walk-throughs of the halls to ensure security of entrances/exits and clean-up room service items, used linens, or garbage removal
Light cleaning of lobby such as dusting, sweeping/mopping and wiping windows
