Front Desk Agent (6-hour and 8-hour shifts available)

Every front desk agent, regardless of whether working a morning, afternoon or evening, requires an ability to provide superior guest service, good communication skills, and attention to detail.

As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring a delightful, seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Encouraging day to day up-selling of guest accommodations
  • Verifying all in-house guests and their status of arrival, departure, and payment
  • Handling guest compliments, comments, observations and challenges in a timely manner and effectively achieving full guest satisfaction
  • Communicating guest compliments, comments, observations and complaints to relevant departments and ensuring prompt and proper follow up
  • Resolving any guest issues as quickly as possible
  • Taking and cancelling guest reservations accurately
  • Processing guest sales and room charges and payments accurately
  • Working with Front of House and Back of House colleagues achieving continuous, seamless service
  • Walk-throughs of the halls to ensure security of entrances/exits and clean-up room service items, used linens, or garbage removal
  • Light cleaning of lobby such as dusting, sweeping/mopping and wiping windows
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
