Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and equipment
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Clear Background Check
- Voters Registration card
- Recorded Finger Printing
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
- Sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials
- Familiarity with beer varieties
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Proficiency in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails and pouring drinks
- Experience in providing excellent food service in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling and calculating tips
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity point-of-sale systems for order processing
