Job Overview:

We are seeking a Ultra Reliable and customer-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Duties:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Check guests in and out of the hotel

- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

- Answering phones and transfering calls

- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, running reports, and preparing daily financial summaries

- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns

- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures

- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment

- Strong customer service and interpersonell skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively

- Ability to "read the room" and use Discernment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Self Motivated and knows how to stay productive and busy during slow times

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet accepts feedback and has a willingness to do tasks requested by management

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
