Building Maintenance Position

Are you a friendly problem solver who can deliver a five-star experience to our guests? Then you might be perfect for the Maintenance / Porter role at our hotel.

You will be responsible for the hotel's maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe.

$12 - $13 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
  • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
  • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations

Qualifications :

  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
  • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
