• Job Description:
• Up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Hours: Full Time (36 Hours Weekly) Night Shift
• The Primary Care Nurse is in charge of the resident care for a specific group of residents, to include, supervision of team members including Shahbazim.
• Nursing services delivered by the Shahbazim are supervised by and directly accountable to the director of nursing (DNS) through the licensed nurses in the homes.
• The Primary Care Nurse coordinates referrals to other members of the clinical support team, families and physicians.
• The Primary Care Nurse serves as the point of contact for elder information.
• Required qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Preferred qualifications:
• 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center).
• Supervision/leadership experience.
