Medical Quality Specialist

Bet-El Counseling Services is the leading provider for Mental Health Outpatient services in the Lehigh Valley. We are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to join our team but are willing to train the right person!

Candidate Must meet the following qualifications:

· Experience in Quality and/or Billing for a Medical facility

· Ability to use Microsoft Office fluently

· Excellent communication skills

· Effective Time Management & follow-up skills

· Ability to work as a team

Your duties will include:

· Audit all documentation submitted from Clinical Staff, including but not limited to, signatures, session note completed, accurate insurance information, verification of dates/times of services, current treatment plan and all additional quality improvement functions

· Verify last date of services to identify any lapse in services and/or insurance billing

· Ensure all corrections are completed within mandated regulations

· Mark claim transitioned in EMR for final review and submission or manually upload claims as necessary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
