What are the responsibilities and job description for the BET+ Partnerships Coordinator position at BET?
The BET Partnerships Coordinator will support the Senior Director and coordinate with others in the management of distribution and growth partners (paid and organic) for BET . This role will be responsible for supporting partnership relationships from ideation to implementation, as well to day-to-day partner communications, asset delivery, etc., across major streaming devices, mobile platforms, and connected TVs – wherever a subscriber can find BET . This role will also collaborate with paid marketing teams to coordinate efforts to support partner growth. This is a highly cross-functional role with touchpoints across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Ad Sales, and media agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage strong partner relationships
- Collaborate to optimize process and day-to-day functions with key partners to support organic and other promotions across apps, channels, product integrations, etc.
- Assist and support Sr. Director in identifying, implementing, and project managing strategic partner growth opportunities across paid and organic partners
- Support the creation and delivery of presentations for executives, senior leadership, or outside 3rd parties
- Ability to understand and ideate on value propositions to ensure they are properly targeted and/or communicated to the relevant partner market opportunities
- Coordinate with relevant creative teams (internal and 3rd party) to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Partner with Finance, Analytics, and other teams as needed to create purchase orders and provide accurate invoice reconciliation
- Support campaign performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Schedule team meetings as needed, coordinate team calendar
- Other tasks and responsibilities as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant experience
- Interest in marketing, distribution, or other relevant/transferable experience
- Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels
- Experience with project management, and able to balance priorities of several different teams to execute projects in a timely manner
- Interest in developing ability to perform qualitative or quantitative research, data analysis, and leveraging insights to inform strategic initiatives

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 62,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
