OVERVIEW
The Asset Management Specialist is responsbile for tracking and reporting on company assets, maintaining databases such as Site Manager (SM), WASP, Geo Tab (Vehicle GPS) etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Liaisons with markets markets to accurately track all company assets including but not limited to the following:
- Company Vehicles/Trailers and who they are assigned to.
- Company owned test equipment – ensure all test equipment has up to date calibrations as needed. To include all accessories (adapters, heads, loads, connectors, etc.)
- Company owned laptops, computers, monitors, docking stations and phones.
- Company owned tools – to include crimpers, cutting tools, heavy duty tools.
- Disaster recovery vehicles and equipment.
• Work closely with the purchasing manager to ensure all new purchases follow the correct process and are recorded and loaded into our systems properly.
• Holds regular calls with designated market personal to validate database accuracy.
• Creates and implements company-wide asset policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and evaluates asset data and determines KPIs for reporting and performance.
• Make policy and procedure updates based off of KPI analytics.
• Coordinate with the Fleet Manager as needed.
• Supports additional Operations functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Windows products, and databases.
• MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet navigation and e-mail usage required.
• Experience with tracking systems (GPS) and timekeeping systems. Experience with Site Manager a plus.
