ServiceNow Administrator
Responsibilities:
Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including modules for Incident, Problem, Change Management and CMDB
Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the ServiceNow environment
Perform regular server maintenance tasks such as applying upgrades and patches
Recommend best-practice solutions to established business processes
Assist in design and implementation and support of third-party integrations with ServiceNow
Document and record every aspect of ServiceNow changes and implementation
Plan, track, and schedule software upgrades and enhancements
Troubleshoot problems within the ServiceNow platform and resolve issues
Develop good working relationships with other employees across the organization
Requirements:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
Understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
Experience in maintaining a CMDB, aligned with CSDM
Experience with ServiceNow integration methods
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
