Our goal is to provide our residents with a homelike environment which includes all the comforts, taste, and aroma of home cooked meals. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Dietary Director to assist us in meeting this standard of dietary service for our residents.
The Assistant Dietary Director is responsible for volume preparation of foods and to provide nutritional meals by preparing and serving meals in an attractive manner, and to maintain a high standard of sanitation and safety. The Assistant Dietary Director is responsible for overseeing kitchen checklists, logs, and order guides. The Assistant Dietary Director is the supervisor in the kitchen of dietary aides and cooks in the absence of the Dietary Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in quantity food preparation in a residential or health care facility OR an Associate Degree in Food Service Management from an accredited technical school.
- Must be able to supervise and direct others.
- Prompt and regular attendance.
- Servesafe Certified
