Cornerstone is seeking a self-motivated, numbers-driven, and organized Director, RevOps Analytics to join a fast-growing collaborative team. Instrumental to the success of our revenue growth, the Director will define our revenue data strategy in partnership with our IT/BI organization to scale aggregation of revenue data and strengthen data veracity to support our go-to-market strategy. Beyond establishing data infrastructure, this individual will inspire efficient avenues to build, ingest, and present data to tackle complex business problems. In this role you will...
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business through proactive data analysis
- Architect end-to-end scalable analytical solutions that deliver prescriptive insights and drive meaningful actions across our go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data veracity, establish reporting standards, and prioritize delivery of projects for Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Drive reporting accuracy and discipline; instill data hygiene, support data governance, and proactively communicate risks/opportunities trends
- Build, lead and inspire a world-class team of data analysts by promoting innovation, creative problem-solving, efficient testing and QA, and personal development
- Serve in data governance council, support enterprise data management projects and guide go-to-market systems development to meet business needs
- Lead automation of key data artifacts to maximize operational efficiency while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Develop strong relationship with Executive and Senior Leadership to strengthen partnership between RevOps Analytics and their departments
- Assist with ad-hoc and special data projects to support global go-to-market strategies
You’ve got what it takes if you...
- Have a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in analytics or consulting
- Have 3 years of experience managing a team
- Have 5 years of hands-on experience working deeply in salesforce.com, advanced SQL skills, and highly proficient with visualization tools like Tableau
- Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and salesforce.com; e.g., Tables/Pivot Tables/Index-Match/Nested Ifs/Lookups
- Have exceptional organizational skills, process documentation and testing / QA
- Have a strong business acumen and experience supporting GTM departments
- Able to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure to meet short deadlines
- Are proactive, dependable, detailed oriented and have a self-starter work ethic
- Have the ability to visualize concepts and data into consumable presentation
- Have the ability to succinctly communicate complex concepts
- Have general appetite for data, and intellectual curiosity
Total Rewards:
At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.
The base salary range for this position is: $153800 - $246100 USD
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
