```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the area. ```Responsibilities``` - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes - Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling ```Requirements``` - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to speak multiple languages fluently is a plus (especially Spanish) - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
