What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Cleaner position at Bethesda Country Club?
Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Night Cleaner to clean and maintain Kitchen areas. Essential Functions:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain Kitchen areas which includes:
- Counters, shelves, racks, prep tables
- Sweep and mop floors; clean and sanitize floor mats
- Clean/spot clean walls and ceilings
- Clean and disinfect sinks and drains daily with drains being deep cleaned weekly
- Clean and degrease conventional ovens, stoves, broilers and grills
- Clean inside and outside of steamer, removing racks and drain cover
- Clean external surface of refrigerators, ice machines, and hood
- Clean and dry microwave ovens
- Clean deep fryer - internal and external
- Stewarding area
- Wipe down all machines, countertops
- Clean and disinfect drains
- Clean trash cans (pick up and remove to clean)
Requirements:
- Two years' of housekeeping experience
- Must be able to work nights including weekends and holidays
