What are the responsibilities and job description for the Poolside Cabana Server position at Bethesda Country Club?
Bethesda Country Club is hiring a poolside Cabana Server to work this summer. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable dining experience during the summer on the pool deck. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.
Essential Functions:
- Greet members with enthusiasm
- Accurately ring orders
- Serve food and drinks to members and guests on our pool deck
- Keep tables, pool deck and server stations clean and tidy
- Ability to think on your feet and react to situations in a positive manner with tact, creativity and integrity
- Work in a team environment
Requirements:
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Background in customer service
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours and lift up to 10 lbs
