Currently looking for candidates who have a passion to work and provide behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring part time Behavior Technicians and/or Registered Behavior Technicians to work with our clients within Colorado Springs, CO and Pueblo, CO. In this position, you will work with a mix caseload of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What we offer to you:We offer paid training to become certified Registered Behavior Technician.Mileage ReimbursementSign-On Bonus of $1000 (paid out 3 installments)Starting hourly rate at $16.00 per hour or more depending on experienceRetirement plan Medical and Dental insurance for 30 hour status employees.What we want to see from you:Highschool graduate or equivalent.Looking for individuals that have a desire to learn and grow within the Applied Behavior Analysis field.Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, preferred.You must have the ability to drive to meet with clients within their home, day program or other areas to implement the behavior services. **You will need to have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must be available to work flexible hours.What you will be doing:Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented. Quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.Assists in the development and implementation of all assessments, training, education, and behavior support plans as outlined by the Behavior Analyst. Assists with information gathering for behavior assessments, treatment plans and other behavior servicesResponsible for documentation on the implementation of the behavior support plans and treatment. This documentation also includes, but is not limited to: program data collection, and daily routine checklists.Maintains and documents billable caseload and ensures proper billing entry in Bethesda billing systems as required.Supports DSPs on the proper implementation of reinforcement, proactive and preventive behavior programs and plans, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.In this position, this individual is responsible for assisting the Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by providing direct support, positive direction, and assistance to individuals with personal outcome measures. This individual conducts, evaluates and supports the implementation of behavior plan strategies, assists in the implementation of individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs as indicated by the needs of the persons we support.
